Methodology
Make the route from source to conclusion inspectable.
Article source ledgers
Store the source URL, title, publisher, access date, source date when available, and the exact claim supported. Record product versions and observation conditions for first-party tests. Link the relevant sources in the article itself.
Research and testing
Publish the question, design, recruitment, exclusions and limitations beside results. Keep proposed methods separate from completed work. Label conceptual diagrams, controlled simulations and illustrative examples. Never turn sample values into purported research findings.
Freshness classes
Class A covers fast-changing information and needs monthly or event-triggered review. Class B covers moderately changing material and needs quarterly review. Class C covers evergreen material and needs review every six months. These are intended review intervals, not automated claims of current verification.
Visual evidence
Retain original files and document crops or annotations. A screenshot is one record in a wider assessment. Separate image provenance from the truth of the depicted claim.
Editorial approval
Only content that passes factual, source, disclosure and presentation review should move from seed or draft to published. Technical deployment does not replace editorial approval.
